The Home Page (index.php) has several different icon selections, and
even more text options at the bottom. Don't be confused. The site is broken
up into THREE (3) main categories - Business, Wholesale and Personal (see
below).
1. If you are a non-retail business looking for quality promotional
items such as Fridge Magnets , Click on the "business"
graphic".
2. If you are a retailer, distributor or wholesaler who sells to retail,
click on the "wholesale" graphic. This is the section for gift
stores and alternative lifestyle outlets looking to carry our quality products.
It is also for TOURISM outlets who are looking for things like postcards,
but don't necessarily want to have to buy them thousands at a time. It
is also the section where we are looking for traveling salespersons who
would like to earn a very good commission by promoting our products to
all the above type of stores.

Membership
To enable us to give you a completely safe and secure online environment,
the majority of the functions of this site are only available to CFL members.
Membership is FREE and we guarantee your complete privacy. Membership gives
you your own secure working space and access to your own shopping cart,
file upload facilities, and online ordering system. In addition,membership
offers you the facility to send FREE eCards to your friends, your own secure
online event diary with automated appointment notification, and much more.
Members only are entitled to our Monthly Specials. And members receive
our Monthly Newsletter informing them of what's happening on the site.

Business
We specialise in providing quality promotional products for small business
with limited budgets. That's why we have a no minimum
quantity policy. And it's why all our products are competitively

from the individual product pages. Click here for
access to the individual products. From there you can Add to Cart (your
own shopping cart) where your product and quantity selections will remain
until such time as you wish to CONFIRM your order. You may delete from
your shopping cart at any time. To Place An Order, you need to check the
confirm box besides the product decide to buy. You will then be asked
to select one of our Payment Options. Only business and Wholesale customers
are allowed payment accounts. To obtain an account, you must first complete
an Account Application.
Products
We are Fridge Magnet Specialists. But to view all our
products. simply select Business from the Home Page and you will be taken
to the Business Products Page. The easiest way
to check out the quality of our products is to order FREE
Samples (up to four
items per business). If you have artwork, graphics and a layout already
in place, we can even send you ACTUAL samples of the product you may wish
to order.
Prices (Business)
All prices for ALL our products are available on our Price
List Page - you will find the icon at the bottom of the Business
Page (selected from
the Home Page).
Instant Online Quote
Prices for individual products are available on the individual product
pages (selected from the Business Page). These
are in the form of an "Instant On-Line Quote". This is a simple 3-step
process.
1. Select the size you want. 2. Select
the quantity you want. 3. The cost
per unit will automatically display according to your input. Click here

If you like the quote you can then "Add to Cart" (see below).
Shopping Cart:
The Shopping cart is not an obligation to purchase. It is there for your
convenience. You may store your product and quantity selections there until
such time as you wish to CONFIRM your order. You may delete from your shopping

Order Form
You will then be taken to the Order Form where you will be asked
to select one of our Payment Options.
Business and Wholesale customers have the additional option of a payment
account (up to 30 days). To obtain such an account theory must first
complete an Account
Application. All you have to do is select the following icon that
appears at the bottom of all business-related pages.

Graphic Design
Graphic Design is FREE for all orders of 200 units or more. The process
is an interactive one and we will continue to amend our drafts until you
give final production approval. The easiest way to do this, is to have
you UPLOAD any artwork, graphics, etc. that you want us to use (see below).
This is done by clicking on the UPLOAD checkbox next to the relevant product
in the Shopping Cart. File Uploads are done one at a time. You can access
your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the following icon that appears
at the top of all business-related pages. 
\We will then make a draft design available to you within a matter of
days. All you have to do is select the following icon that appears at the
bottom of all business-related pages.

Wholesale

Wholesalers have THREE (3) options when it comes to ordering Quotos. 1.
If they wish to carry these in their range of products, with a FREE
Display Stand, they can go through our catalogue on-line and choose
the designs they like. 2. They can request a printed catalogue
so they can take their time to make their choices. 3. Or they can put their
faith in us and order PACKAGES, where the Quoto designs are selected by
us. This saves the retailer both time and money. And we will only include
our most popular and top-rated designs. In addition you will receive a
20% discount on standard prices. AND, if you fail to sell any particular
design within three (3) months, we will replace it FOR FREE.

Cards For Life is founded on a philosophy , not a financial goal. We
are much more committed to making a difference than making a fortune. That's
why the basis of our business is the Quoto. While
some of these are just plain silly, the majority represent simple expressions
of truth, words of wisdom that are an intelligent insight into our existence,
and can act as keys to a better understanding of life and a better
world. If you are fascinated by "fashion" and "celebrity",
you won't find them of much use. But we think they are important, in a

Quotos are graphic designs incorporating quality photos and quotations. These
stunning full-colour graphic and quotation designs are available in five
(5) affordable products (from Fridge Magnets to Key Rings) - designed to
enhance your life experience or provide the perfect personal gift. They are
exclusive to CFL and represent the largest such range in Australia (if not
the world). They are broken into categories such as "Humorous",
Inspirational", "Thoughtful",

If you are a CFL member and logged in, you can send any of these Quotos to
your friends and acquaintances as a FREE eCard. And you can send as many

New Quoto categories and designs are added weekly. To view the latest

of the Quotos

Prices (Personal)
Prices for most products are $1.95 each + freight. But freight is not
expensive. For example, 10 of our 90x64 0.6mm full-colour Fridge Magnets
would cost $19.50 + $3.88 freight - a total of $23.38. Unbelievably, our
2008 Magnetic Calendars, also 0.6mm magnetic material, but 200mm x 80mm,
are also just $1.95 each. Graphiti prices, where you get to use your own
photos and words, are exactly the same.
Graphiti
Graphiti is where you get to design your own products
using your own photos and text. By selecting
the "Graphiti" option from the Quotos
Page you can upload your
digital photos directly online. Just select a product and quantity and
Add to Cart. Then click on the "Upload" checkbox, and you will
be asked to browse your computer for the file you wish to upload for
that product. You can upload as many photos as you like, but only one
at a time. For each of these uploads you can also specify the text to
go with your photo. To see examples of actual Graphiti designs, see the
bottom of this page.
The Graphiti facility offers you the opportunity to create
personal Fridge
Magnets, Key Rings, Magnetic
Calendars, Postcards and Pocket
Calendars for yourself and your friends.
For as little as $1.95 each they are the truly personal and affordable
gift. And there are no minimum quantities. At this stage, Graphiti designs cannot be
sent as FREE
Cards. To design your own product, select "Personal" from
the Home
Page, then Graphiti from the following page. You will then be presented
with the following page where you will be: 1. Asked
to select a product and 2. Select a quantity. These
selections will then be confirmed to the right (above the Add to Cart
graphic). The final step is: 3. Click on the Add to
Cart graphic and you will be taken to your Shopping Cart. This is NOT
an obligation to buy, but your area of product preference storage which
you may access, delete or confirm at any time. See the Graphiti Page
below.

Personal Shopping Cart (Quotos)
The Shopping cart is not an obligation to purchase. It

select one of these before being allowed to proceed. Paying by credit card
online means that your goods will arrive within seven (7) working days.

Personal Shopping Cart (Graphiti)
The Shopping Cart is not an obligation to purchase. It
is there for your convenience. You may store your product and quantity
selections there until such time as you wish to CONFIRM your order. You
may delete from your Shopping Cart at any time. To Place An Order, you
need to do TWO separate things. 1. You need to UPLOAD the file associated
with the product. To do this, check the Upload box as per below. Note that
each product item is marked with a cross if you have NOT uploaded a file
associated with it.

Checking an upload box or boxes and then the Upload icon
below the product list will take you to the Graphiti Upload Form (see below).
This will allow you to browse your computer for the file you wish to upload
for each product item, along with the text and any special instructions
you wish to add. Uploads are done one at a time.

Once you have uploaded the files associated with the product
items in your Shopping Cart, the cart will show a TICK beside each item
(see below). You are then ready to CONFIRM your order.

To do this, check
the confirm box beside the products you want to order (see below). Note
each individual product must be checked to confirm that you wish to place
and order for each of them. And note that freight charges get cheaper

Personal Order Form(Graphiti)
You will also be asked to specify: 1.
Your preferred method of payment and 2. Whether you require
a PRODUCT PREVIEW. That is, if prior to your product being produced and
sent to you you would like to approve the design to make sure it complies
with your instructions and wishes, CFL will make available to you an
On-Line Preview of the product as soon as possible

FREE eCards
Any CFL member can send any of our Quotos to their friends and acquaintances,
absolutely FREE. And you can add your own personal message to the email
as well. There is no limit to the number you can send, so please enjoy.
And remember, new Quoto categories and designs within categories are added
each week. Just click on this icon which appears on most pages. 
That
will take you to the following page where you simply enter your friends
name and email address and click on SEND. It's as simple as that! And your
total privacy is completely assured.

FREE Event Diary
All users are afforded their own FREE event diary. Simply click on the
following icon that appears on most of the major pages. 
You
will be given the choice of entering an event, browsing your diary, or
checking today's date. The purpose of the diary is to record appointments.
If you check your diary every day, you'll never miss an appointment again.
And, just to be sure, the diary will automatically send you a reminder
email three (3) days before the appointment so you can plan accordingly.
On main pages, there will be a small graphic next to the Personal Event
Diary icon that will flash if you have entered an event for the current
date. You can enter as many events for a date as you wish. And you can
edit your diary at any time. Your diary is only accessible to you.
Payment Options - Business & Wholesale
All payments must be made prior to delivery UNLESS you
have a payment account. Up to 30-day accounts

Payment Options -Personal
All payments must be made prior to delivery. You can pay online via PayPal using
your credit card. You can EFT (Electronic Transfer of Funds) from your
bank account to ours. Or you can mail us a cheque. You will receive your
goods within 7 working days of payment being cleared.

All CFL products are covered by a 30-day guarantee. If
you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product, or we have made a mistake
in our design and have not correctly followed your instructions, we will

The CFL Monthly Newsletter will be emailed directly to
all members unless they choose to unsubscribe. That option will be prominently
displayed on the front page of all our newsletters. Just click on the icon
and you will no longer be included in our distribution list.
